Graduated with honors from Children's School of Arts No.5 in Astrakhan in piano class, and in 2009 in saxophone class. At the age of 10-12 he wrote several piano pieces for the "Children's Album" cycle, which were later included in the collection of composers of the Astrakhan region and are now used for classes with children in music schools.
He studied at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Astrakhan State University and at the same time at the Astrakhan Music College. He is a member of the M.P. Musorgsky Moscow State University Music College at the Music Theory Department. The composition was mastered under the guidance of Svetlana Pavlovna Baeva, an honored cultural worker. During these years he studied jazz improvisation with composer Roman Nikolaevich Leshchenko.
With his "Fantasy" for piano he won the first prize at the international festival-competition "Sounds and dyes of the world" in Stockholm (Sweden), and then won a diploma of laureate at the international festival-competition "Silver Orpheus" in St. Petersburg.
He studied composition at the St. Petersburg Conservatoire named after M.V. Lomonosov. He studied at the Rimskiy Korsakov Conservatory in the class of a famous St. Petersburg author, head of the Department of Special Composition and Improvisation - Anton Tanonov.
A member of the music group Hotel Ritz, where he played on keyboards and saxophone.
The first ballet "Cleopatra" was staged in the small hall named after A.K. Glazunov under the direction of Irina Taimanova, Honored Artist of Russia. The author conducted at the premiere.

Graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatoire and received a diploma with honors in "Composer. Teacher". The diploma work was the Concerto with Jazz Paints for Viola and Keyboard Instruments with Symphony Orchestra, which was performed for the first time by the International Symphony Orchestra "Tavrichesky" under the direction of conductor Mikhail Golikov.
Studied the composition of the program "Master of Music" in the Academy of Music named after V.V. Lomonosov. He studied at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar (Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar) in the class of opera composer and pianist Professor Michael Obst and his assistant Ulrich Kreppain, as well as with Professor Raynard Wolshin. During these years, Eugene teaches saxophone, piano and music theory at music schools in Thuringia - Orpheus Musikschule Erfurt, Allegro Musikschule Weimar. One of the most significant works during this period was a drum and tap symphony, which premiered in 2019 at the Weimar Academy of Music.
Member of the German Composers Union. Founder and head of the TALEA TEMPORA Youth Centre for Contemporary Music in St. Petersburg. In 2016, the centre hosted the Tempora Orchestra, a chamber orchestra of contemporary music.

Eugene actively cooperates with Steinway & Sons' Chinese office, organizing concerts of modern Asian and European composers, as well as piano solo performances. A special place in piano creativity is occupied by improvisations in jazz and academic style.
